By using more Micro-Particle Material through-out a conventional frac design, clients have seen measurable increases in production compared to their typical design. Job designs have been around a 3,000 lb drop to lead the frac and then 30-100k more material either in sweep drops, or added to 10-30% of proppant stages pumped. Material is easily loaded into sand boxes, or dropped directly into the hopper.

After client verification of performance, proppant and some fluid volumes are then reduced, still resulting in higher production results. There are of course then associated stage time savings.
